Do you make more products aside from mugs?

Yes! As much as I love creating mugs, my favourite form to throw and illustrate are vases! I will try and make anything at least once, which does mean the possibilities are endless.

 

How are the products at Sour Cherry Club made?

I hand-make all the pieces you will see, either on the wheel or hand built. 

 

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! You can fill in the form via custom commissions and we can discuss the possibility of making something unique for you.

 

Will you be restocking mugs?

I try not to recreate previous designs so that each mug that I make is slightly different and unique. 

 

What countries do you ship to?

I only ship within mainland UK currently. 

 

Can I get a refund? 

I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your order, unfortunately I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please feel free to get in touch via the online contact form or send me a DM on Instagram

 

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?

In theory yes, but with anything handmade it isn't recommended to run your products through the dishwasher as it will reduce the lifespan of your mugs. If your mug has any additional glued on attachments or precious metal lustres that absolutely can not go in the dishwasher. 

 

Are the mugs microwave safe? 

Yes, unless the mug has a precious metal lustre such as gold or mother of pearl. These absolutely can not go in the microwave.
